Igloo Books Charity Ball raises over £20k
A fundraising team from Igloo Books in
Northamptonshire put on a stunning charity ball at Northampton
Saints Rugby Club, raising money for their '7 in 7' Challenge for
The Trust.
The event was part of the fundraising
efforts for the team's incredible '7 in 7' Challenge. In April
2012, Managing Director John Styring and a team of staff are
running 7 marathons in 7 days in cities across Europe, finishing
with the London Marathon. On top of this other members of the Igloo
Books Team are going to swim the equivalent of a marathon to raise
funds for The Prince's Trust.
Huge thanks to John, Anni and all the Team at Igloo and all the
guests and sponsors who really dug deep for the Trust, ensuring
that the night was a great success.
Thanks too to Dion for a great auction,
which featured a husband and wife bidding against each other, and
fantastic music from The Establishment which ensured a packed dance
floor.
