Team programme brings community garden back to life.
A community garden has been given a new lease
of life by Prince’s Trust Team programme.
In just 12 weeks the 11 members of The Trust Team Programme
levelled, planted, and returfed the community garden at Thetford
Fire Station.
The team members, had also raised more than a £1,000 between
them to carry out the project.
Fay Crangle, team leader said:
The guys had a plan after being briefed by the
station manager and they pulled it off after a lot of hard
work,
Thank you to B&Q in Thetford for its help and
contribution and to Q Lawns who supplied £400 of turf free of
charge.
