Best of Both is a monthly newsletter for all staff- keeping you up to date with news from the integration team and celebrating our successes along the way.

Welcome to the last edition of Best of Both. As the integration plan will be 80% complete by Christmas we are transitioning to a new page on TrustNet which will be launched at the end of January 2012. This will be the key repository for news about any further changes as we embed the Fairbridge Programme and implement our combined operational structure. Look here for copies of our internal communications, examples of how we are bringing our Values to life and working together to provide the best possible service for our young people.

To read more about a story, just click on its title and you'll be taken to a longer article. Individual articles can be printed, but if you'd prefer a pdf of the whole newsletter, then follow the link below.

Merger is delivering cost savings
The corporate services team has been working hard to deliver cost savings, making a major contribution to achieving one of the driving goals of the integration: to create operational efficiencies.

Celebrating success as one organisation
Celebrate Success finals have been taking place across the regions and countries, providing us with great occasions to celebrate the fantastic achievements of our young people.

IT systems become one
The IT team have travelled across the regions and have now successfully completed the major milestones of the IT integration, bringing everyone onto one system.

New brand lands
The marketing roadshow is now complete. Paul Brown, Director of Marketing and Communications, and his team enjoyed meeting face to face with the Centre teams and learnt a lot during the process.

The Project Office Team changes
Almost a year after setting up the integration nerve centre in the Queen’s Room at Head Office, Rebecca Galambos, Project Director, and Will Nicholson, Project Manager, are moving on to new opportunities.
