The Get into Retail programme offers participants an insight into a career in the retail industry and is delivered in partnership with Lifeskills Centres.

Over the course of the five-week programme, young people work on core customer care modules including; key skills in retail; confidence building, assertiveness and job application skills, before spending time on work experience at a leading retail outlet.  From stock taking to customer services, each member of the team gets an all encompassing experience of life in-store.
