Compete Coast to Coast!
The Wild UK Challenge for The Prince’s
Trust, in collaboration with Capgemini, returns for
its fifth year. Established in 2007, 664 participants have
successfully completed the Challenge, raising over £850,000 to
help young people turn their lives around.
The Challenge
- Hike, bike and kayak 100 miles in 3 days
- Race coast to coast across Somerset and Devon
- It's your challenge: compete to win or simply cross the
finishing line
- Raise money to help change the lives of the UK's most
disadvantaged young people
Fitness and training
This is a tough Challenge and you will need to be physically
well prepared.
People of all current fitness levels are very
welcome to take part as long as you are committed to getting
fit!
We have a recommended training schedule to help
get you up to the necessary level of fitness and to make your
training enjoyable!
Fundraising
As a Challenge participant you are helping to change the lives
of young people.
The Challenge Team are here to support you and
provide advice and ideas to help your fundraising.
We have a full fundraising information pack,
monthly newsletters and ideas from previous participants to help
you reach and surpass your target.
Challenge Support
As soon as you sign-up there's lots of support available to help
you prepare for your Challenge.
You'll be given a link to our online participant information
centre which is full of fundraising ideas, training plans and
challenge specific guidance. You'll receive regular e-newsletters
and our Challenge Team are available to answer any questions you
may have!
