The Fire Service and The Trust
The Fire Service and The Prince's Trust have
worked together since 1992 igniting potential in young people.
Since 1992, many Fire and Rescue Services have
benefited from their work with The Trust. Currently 15 services
deliver the Team programme and an even greater number support and
work in partnership with The Trust on other programmes, such as xl,
Enterprise, Get Started, Get Into and the Fairbridge programme.

How a Fire and Rescue Service can get involved
There are many ways to get involved with The Prince's Trust:
- Provide a base for Trust programmes
- Offer fire safety, health and safety or risk assessment
advice
- Refer young people to The Trust
- Offer work placements or station visits
- Second staff to lead Prince's Trust programmes
- Encourage staff to volunteer with The Trust
- Become a Delivery Partner and deliver programmes on behalf of
The Prince’s Trust
- Assist with Trust community projects
